This is my last resort To tell you how I feel To try to reach you down there, where my gaze and my words can't Beyond this glass, I'm here Look at me, to make it see-through and clear Hear me, to thin it, understand me, to scratch it I'm stirring all these feelings to get'em off my chest The invisible is heavy to bear This weight you cannot see, and your manners consume my will to hold on hanging on a broken rope And once again I'm lonely and I fall slowly I sink into myself, there's no hand to try to pull me out there's no relief I know I'm chained here, dragged and drowning deep No one sees me and no one hears me The only thing I see is the light that goes away I'm still walking on the edge, enticed by a loneliness that haunts me Life strikes me every time, as if it's trying to give me the chance to rise This lack of empathy, wears me out, now I know There's no wrong way of being and stroke after stroke this thought brings me up again It's as if nobody couldn't hear me..
