Andrej is a singer, guitarist, songwriter, composer and producer,
also known as the frontman and founder of the slovenian rockabilly band Lucky Cupids.
Andrej started playing rockabilly music with role models like Elvis Presley, Stray Cats, Vince Taylor, Buddy Holly, Gene Vincent, Carl Perkins, Johnny Burnette ...
He later followed the example of singers - from Louis Jordan, Chris Isaak, Dean Martin, to Frank Sinatra and music groups such as the Brian Setzer Orchestra, Black Keys.
In addition to the old authentic blues (T Bone Walker, Charlie Christian), swing, rhythm'n'blues, the original rock'n'roll, he is also strongly influenced by argentine tango, performers such as Juan D’Arienzo, Alfredo De Angelis; Osvaldo Pugliese.
