Life Is Precious

This past year and a half has been a tough one at best I was finally at a point where I felt I could rest But my luck changed and now my life will never be the same I questioned God, I said "Why did you make me this way?" There is nothing more precious to me than life There is nothing more precious to me than life There is nothing more precious to me than life There is nothing more precious to me than life I can't count on both hands the amount of times I almost died Some of those at my own hand, I cannot lie, I really tried I had my well balanced breakfast of a plate of pills I put guns up to head just to see how it feels I fantasize about life after death all the time But my biggest fear is death, so I quickly change my mind Then I found out I had a tumor growing up inside And it helped me realize, nothing more precious than life Yeah, this cancer got me thinking 'bout my past and my present What will I leave behind if I get trapped in this desert Strayed away from God, living life at my own pace Yeah, I ran from my faith and you see where that got me There is nothing more precious to me than life There is nothing more precious to me than life There is nothing more precious to me than life There is nothing more precious to me than life
