Forever Christmas when you called to me Long distance telepathy and the crispness of the images I would take this memory through my death to the next life But I can barely hold on to a thought for half a mile at a time I don't know if I'm really cut out for being me But I won't condemn the understudy to the disconnect Forever languid and listless All I know is God invented everything but refuses to be frank with me I'm not religious but I'd like to be Cause I have seen divinity in its prime in the poetry and the tide Whatever math you have to show me I don't care All I want is love tangled in my hair I know you see me, Panopticon I don't stop for octagons Why would I stop at all Whatever map you have to show me I won't see I go where I go and I need what I need
