The scars on my heart reflect the pain that I've endured This ache that I am stuck in is all that I've allured The writing on the walls tells the world my deepest secrets My mind is a torture chamber for it can no longer reason Succumbing to the swoon I fear nothing Struck with a blade of emotions I feel something Decaying from my heart moving it's way out Numbed to these slashes going in and out I scream out into nothing The echoes of my voice out into the void Deafened by the silence I'm at war with myself This is just a flesh wound This is only a flesh wound Shell shock from self inflicted hatred An eternal conflict I am wasting Set me free Die with ease Rise F*ck How many times can I try?
