It's too late the impact hits hard Panic wraps around me, tearing my world apart Metal and smoke consume the air I'm trapped inside, gasping in despair Paralysed as fear unfolds Silence screams it's cold, so cold I shout to myself"I must get out!" But pain and terror leave me in doubt Sirens wail, blue lights flashing by Trembling hands reach out, as I start to cry"Hold on tight, we'll get you out" Their courage drowns my fear and doubt Even when the odds are against me This isn't where my life will end you'll see I scream, I shout"Why won't this door open?"
