Walking down a hallway in my heart All these empty rooms paused in the dark These endless plastered walls There is no redemption in our sins We all meet the same cold lonely end The further that we go, the more we're lost Now were praying, looking to the heavens Begging you to save us, cause we cant save ourselves God if you're there Where have you gone Cause we need you more than ever God if you love us Why have you forgotten Your children We have lost sight of who we are Killing off the earth, with violent wars Sending our people off to mars Generations caught inside a curse We blame god cause we cant look At our own reflection Now were praying, looking to the heavens Begging you to save us, cause we wont save ourselves God if you're there Where have you gone Cause we need you more than ever God if you love us Why have you forgotten Your children Our touch destroys creation Cause we are selfish And our greed consumes God is not responsible For our mistakes..
