Real&right

I’m not too sure of what I feel What is right and what is real For all the thoughts inside my head Are all the things I left unsaid It burns me now that pain inside All the happiness I was denied And all the hope that broke my mind So lost myself I couldn’t find So this is what I sing by day Drowning in monochrome and gray In a state of lost but not astray Wondering if I’ll ever find my way Between the truth and all their lies Silently whispers a heart that dies So in the mirror I look twice First I saw myself then my own demise Behind the mask of my own skin caressing all the beasts within Then a smile now a demented grin I lost sight of what has it been No one knows the language of her eyes for all alone she flies the moonlit skies But one day amongst the wicked cries One day from the ashes she will arise So this is what I sing at night A lullaby of pains delight Still unsure for what I fight What is real and what is right Between the truth and all their lies silently whispers a heart that dies So in the mirror I look twice First I saw myself than my own demise
