Moonglow Has shone on me In her hands she held a scarlet stone We sang across the midnight sea And the waters washed our feet Moonglow Moonglow Her deepest gaze Reached out for eternity Reaching through the stars Till there was no where else to go So she knelt upon the shore And she kissed the moonlit sea And swam away from me Moonglow Moonglow Moonglow Moonglow So now standing here singing alone I let my tears soak into the sand And from across the shadow of the midnight sea I see moonglow shining And not so very very far away from me I see moonglow shining I see moonglow shining Shining Shining Shining
