A Little Clue

I once thought that I knew, that I knew All the answers to the questions I might run into But then one day I found that things, they were different I didn't know why or how and the cause, well I just missed it But I took comfort in the fact I wasn't the only one to lack reasons So from me to you I hope you find comfort too But for what it's worth I got a little clue There are no prophets upon the hills, you gotta find what you need within yourselves Do not seek another christ, there'll never be another one in sight So if one day you find that things, they are different You don't know why or how and the cause, well you just missed it You take comfort in the fact, you're not the only one to lack reasons But do not seek another Christ, there'll never be another one in sight
