WTF Happened to Star Wars

Well I remember the feel of that sticky floor The lights when down and I heard the roar As the big yellow words flashed across the screen It was me and my pa popcorn in hand And a galaxy just so big and grand Was the best darn show that I had ever seen But WTF happened to Star Wars It's gone and drifted too far off course They botched the story, screwed up the lore Now I'm sittin' here scratchin' my head Thinkin' WTF happened to Star Wars It was epic now it's a bore I miss the heroes we had before Now I'm stuck with this new Star Wars I didn't like the prequels at first, it's true The acting was wooden and the dialog too But as time has passed I've finally seen the light The sequels are worse and the shows are hoakey They totally blew Obi Wan Kenobi Compared to this mess, maybe Jar Jar was alright Yeah WTF happened to Star Wars Gone and drifted too far off course They botched the story, screwed up the lore Now I'm sittin' here scratchin' my head Thinkin' WTF happened to Staaaar Wars It was epic now it's a bore I miss the heroes, we had before Now I'm stuck with this new Star Wars I want lightsabers no, not like that I want Boba Fett no, not like that I want dark side no, not like that I want Darth vader no, not like that I want light speed no, not like that I want Luke Skwalker no, not like that I want force powers no, not like that I want Star Wars no, not like that Cus WTF happened to Star Wars It's gone and drifted too far off course They botched the story, screwed up the lore Now I'm sittin' here scratchin' my head Thinkin' WTF happened to Staaaar Wars It was epic now it's a bore At least we got two seasons of Andor Then it's back to this new Star Wars And skeleton crew is pretty darned good too Then it's back to this new Star Wars It kinda sucks I ain.t a kid no more Now I'm stuck with this "new" Star Wars
