That's What Holy Is

He traded majesty for meekness To be born beneath the stars that He created To live and dwell among us In a broken sinful world and still be blameless Forsaken and betrayed And hung upon a cross Sealed in a grave Only he could pay that cost That's what Jesus did Cause that's what holy is It will ever be a mystery How he took the keys of hell an now He's risen And he sent the Holy Spirit On the day the tongues of fire rained down from heaven Ascended to his throne Where He forever reigns Angels singing worthy is the lamb that was slain And that's what Jesus did That's what holy is Holy Holy Holy Is the Lord Holy Holy Holy Is the Lord Now He's building up a kingdom And over it His love will be a banner It's a refuge for the broken A people full of grace and slow to anger Oh the grace that we've received Is the grace that we should give If we say that we believe It's the way that we should live That's what Jesus did That's what holy is That's how we're to live That's what holy is That's what holy is
