I Use My Energy for Good

Sometimes I like to wrestle I like to play real rough But sometimes when I wrestle The grown ups say enough So if I feel like kicking I go and kick a ball I kick it to my friends And up against the wall I like to use my energy And turn it in to good I like to use my energy And act the way I should I like to use my energy In the best way that I can I like to turn my energy in to good That is the plan If I feel like punching I punch in to a bag I punch in to a cushion Or I punch in to the sand And after doing this I start to feel real calm So I give my friends a cuddle And we walk off arm in arm I like to use my energy And turn it in to good I like to use my energy And act the way I should I like to use my energy In the best way that I can I like to turn my energy in to good That is the plan We talk about our feelings And we start to feel ok By respecting everybody Makes us happy everyday So if you feel like rough play Kick a ball of punch a bag Any everyone will thank you And they'll shake you by the hand I like to use my energy And turn it in to good I like to use my energy And act the way I should I like to use my energy In the best way that I can I like to turn my energy in to good That is the plan
