Only The Truth

I got some things on my chest and I think it is best When I speak because I'm becoming restless This rationality test has almost taken away my breath And I don't know what I'm gonna have to expect Listen I never thought I'd grow to be believing in Christ but Jesus I was lost so bad And I got so mad over the fact that I almost signed a pact with the devil I took a bite from this juicy looking apple The illusion unraveled and my mouth was full of maggots I woke up living in a nightmare Cold was the grave I was in The day will come where you have to chose what this life means to you Only the Truth and nothing but the Truth is what I shall bring to you I will follow the path of the Holy I will praise Him until the end For everyone will burn in the fire who bows when the dragon ascends I fully get it if you doubt what I'm talking about And the things that I shout out loud But the clouds that have crowded my head Been blown away by the Lord like dead leaves I can't help it can't change what I been through Don't you wanna know the truth? What the root of malevolence is and who's gonna put an end to it! Evil spirits spill all this innocent blood And they'll never get enough The beast grows kill by kill And only the Messiah can stop it Send the demons to hell! When I was feeling so cold and lifeless all I had was calling out Your name You who they call the Lord of the heavens creator of the earth who lives forever I don't know if you're out there I beg you to reveal yourself to me and show me that you're real The Lord has saved me from my deathbed I will serve Him 'till my last breath The day will come where you have to chose what this life means to you Only the truth and nothing but the truth is what I shall bring to you Will you fall for temptation of darkness? Will you kneel in front of the beast? Or no matter what through the reign of the darkness always remain on your feet And praise the King of the Kings Hail to the Heavenly King!
