Even in our darkness moments, there's a shimmer of light A beacon calling out to us A bright sun of hope that'll drought out any seeds of doubt That had been planted within us A ray of light that will put the pressure on us to press on To fight the depression that has imprisoned us for far too long To brighten up our past works to show that we have proven our self-worth To those inner demons trying to hide in the dark A wildfire within us that wants to inspire us It's just waiting on us for a spark And when the day comes It will only be The Beginning Trust in yourself.
