In the event of my death you should know this There is something about a goodbye kiss that tells you about the faith of a relationship With that little space between your teeth You remind me of someone I fail at forgetting Damn With that awkward smile after I knew you were a no go area I am trying to turn human interaction into science There as to be some sort of cause and effect Because I have been going around in circles Trying to figure what exactly was the right thing to do She said she thought about breaking my heart that night And that parting kiss was her way of saying goodbye for life Imagine the effrontery Of someone that doesnt deserve to be breathing One good turn deserves another This is another bed time story lie With your broken soul and my broken spirit You would think our soul will be so in sync But then again I cant forget about my history I owe my heart such responsibility If I give you my all Will you love me Probably not Because that goodbye kiss Tasted like something that came out of the devils lips
