Sigh

There's a lot happening behind the scenes A lot happening and nobody sees We cover the pain with our smiles A lot of us need help yet we appear we are okay So many secrets battles we are fighting It is either addiction, anxiety , depression or basically things eating us up A world full of mistrust who do you open up to Scared to open up coz boundaries will be trampled on We choose to hide them and just keep moving on Old wounds that won't heal Hurt people hurting people And they say it is either you get hurt or you hurt them It is all on the table you choose first So much hate and negativity, touch the grounds can't you feel them Too busy in paper chasing Probably degree chasing or comfortable life So our mental health is ignored Basic purpose of the creator ignored Check all around you It is like we set our radar for material things And the only time we realise no Life isn't all about these That's when death is close to sting Many die without a sense of fulfilment And its so sad many people can't relay So sad people use social media as leverage to abuse So sad we can't see what our little joke did to someone's confidence Many showing you love only when you are busy dancing to the tunes of death The world is cold Teaches you to put yourself first Be self centered, all about me myself and I So much pride and ego Mental health is less spoken of Kids , youths, teens and adults all traumatized it won't be much of a surprise to me When we don't see those who appeared good no where in paradise God doesn't play dice but man does Lot I wish I could say in this tape It is like we all need a therapy But a friend asked who gives the therapist a therapy I am not surprised but all I do is sigh Opening up to someone is therapeutic But we all need Christ though
