Nothing

I’m sitting here with nothing on my mind I can feel the wind blowing the sun’s almost gone and the shadows reach out all the things I’ve been looking forward to that’ve been keeping me going hopefully I’ll remember the next time around I guess I must have died I watch my body being dragged all along the whole way always thought that you’d know when it happens, but no not the tiniest pain and no one did notice no looks and no questions no mourning, no tears well, it happened slowly my life slipped away over the years long story short you got one life opt out of their show don’t fall for what’s normal in their eyes right now getting used to my new freedom I mingle but they don’t notice at all well, I can’t say that’s new even back with my body no one heard my call thinking back to when I got that sidetracked, it seems like a single freefall if I just could have one more chance to find some meaning in it all long story short you got one life don’t throw it away don’t follow their beliefs they might change any day I’m sitting here with nothing on my mind can feel the wind blowing just stay strong, I’ll be back won’t be long, no doubt…
