For most of my life I lived it in my solitude It made me pretty bitter I got some negative views c gothic nigga Poetry became my escape cnd often times my mind be tricking me In front of my face I seen some things That maybe can't be explained If I share it with somebody They just call me insane Now no matter what you think or what you feel going on I feel like what I'm seeing ain't wrong Hallucinations or emotion that's personified Or is it visitors that's coming from the other side It's evident sometimes it ain't what I see But I think that Mary's following me It feels like I'm just no stranger to this lifetime Cause' I done felt I seen it all in such a short time It got me bored of things cnd honestly I just can't picture myself having a baby or trading wedding rings Things suck to me To see the world through my vision You'd have to understand the opposite of luxury It's been down so long it's like I'm trapped in agony cnd I don't know why but Mary got attached to me She's just a girl Who shows up here and there I only seen her face once it's covered through her hair Calls me Mr. Khalil but doesn't say much Who is she? cll I know is Mary told me that she'll never leave me Hallucinations or emotion that's personified Or is it visitors that's coming from the other side It's evident sometimes it ain't what I see But I think that Mary's following me She ain't the only one that follows me Cause' it's some others Some I think who nice cnd some who bother me But honestly it's only her that shows up pretty frequent I've seen her while awake and also seen her when I'm dreaming Don't believe me? I know it doesn't make a lot of sense I don't know if she's my enemy Don't know if she's a friend I only call her Mary cause' normally she's kinda bitter I've never seen her smile but one time I heard her snicker She's a shifter I've seen her as a child and as a woman Sometimes she lets me know when things are coming Stood beside my bedside in a dream I watched as she cried Next week my fucking grandma died It's all tripped up and rarely she comforts me She once watched me while I slept hummed a song for me For the life of me I don't why I'm given these scenes But it's been happening since I was a teen Hallucinations or emotion that's personified Or is it visitors that's coming from the other side It's evident sometimes it ain't what I see But I think that Mary's following me
