So much joy to be found in the world Splashing into the sea of folks we scroll past everyday Not knowing the gravity of the soul and what it holds Easily pondering what works for us in the void The mind works in mysterious ways Real eyes recognize real lies Your emotions are valid You're gonna carry that weight Carry it It's easy to think we have it all figured out When we aren't listening to others When we are lost in the cacophony of thoughts ruminating in our head Reminding us that we are real Looking to others for the answers that work for them The mind is such a beautiful thing to waste Real recognize real, but you looking suspect Your feelings don't matter to everyone You're gonna carry that weight Carry it So much joy to be found When you accept That you'll never have it all figured out When we allow ourselves to be lost with and in all of our humanity Accepting that The weight of the emotions of our world are real Looking to and learning from others what can work for all of us Our mysterious minds are beautiful and shouldn't be wasted You are the realest human you'll ever know Our feelings and emotions change the world That is our weight to carry Carry it
