At a young age, you see different stories about your favorite characters falling in love And in the end, you’re left to believing that this is the best feeling in the world It is such a beautiful feeling, staying up late at night just to talk, late night walks And stare at the sunset while your favorite album is playing Good memories talking about our fantasies and what we wanted to be Planning out a future that one day may happen if we play our cards right Basing our life off one another just to see where it’ll end up going Realizing if it is worth it or not, and that that is the beauty of all of it The dreams you have of spending the rest of your life with this one human You work hard so that she can walk down the aisle and be yours for the rest of your life Through sickness and health, through the good times and the bad times You do everything for this person because they are your whole life They do everything for you because you’re their life Love is such a beautiful game that we all play And Love has caused a new outlook on life And what once was a beautiful sunset was now a blazing hot sun Broken and lost you never understand what you did wrong But you always get back up and try to play the game again just with a different opponent You realize that a small gesture goes a long way And may end up changing your whole perspective of not only love but of life itself I realized that there are always two sides One side where all the time and effort you put goes down the drain. While there's another side where there is beautiful sunsets Beautiful walks, beautiful memories, beautiful fantasies And everything you've ever dreamed of has become your reality The romance you give one another is the reason That you have been playing the game this whole time The lullabies you heard as a kid were all true and you never doubt for a second That you and your opponent both have won Love is something that many people experience And something that many people have not experienced And in the end, you decide if you won because I haven’t Those are Sunset Stories
