Looking out the window on a Sunday afternoon The light is kind of half dimmed And the dinner will be waiting soon There isn't much you want to know You can sit and watch a bird Eating from the table down below You can feel the freedom of doing what you want You can take a long walk Or visiting your aunt As long as you're happy And you don't hurt anyone And it doesn't have to be snappy Dizzy, dizzy, dizzy Sunday I wish that every day were a fine day Everybody longs for this one day Looking out the window on a Sunday afternoon The light is returning -yes!
