Get out of this

I have written a song and I don't know how to stop It just goes on in my head You probably know what I mean It happens to us all Once in a while That is the way it is I'm trying to make a stop if I can Maybe you should try Press the stop Or are you lost just like me? It's a loop I just don't know How to find a way out of here? Better find what to do It's getting harder and harder And harder to split One way of stopping it could be to Start a new song to sing But I must watch out so that I am not trapped In the new song once again Who knows Taking a step here and there But it never Leaves your mind Then what to do?
