Getting late It's getting late Time to go to bed Another day will hopefully Come again Focus will be to sleep Till morning comes along Check that you are enough fed And the visit to the loo is done Then you are all set Lay yourself down Then you try to relax real good Then you have to Repeat it again and again If you don't succeed Just don't give it up Take a book and read for a while You'll see it will work Sleep so tight Goodnight, goodnight Sandman's here It's time to rest a while In your bed Cause you'll find A restful and cosy Stepping down to the earth and then back Here again That's what you do When you wake up You're feeling so fresh and so nice You can face a happy new day Once you wake up again you'll just wait
