Pull Me Down

Time frayed these ropes that tied me down to earth I'd cursed them for so long I thought that freedom came from loosened knots Now I'm floating through these days I wonder where I'm headed and how I Could've ever thought that I could do this on my own Oh I sit in bed and stare and wander Through these clouds I'm longing for a rope or anchor that could help to pull me down I lift my head and I decide I'll take these thoughts out for a ride Or maybe leave them in the dust where they'll reside Oh
