Mountain Top

Miles away Cried today yeah yeah Lately I’ve been thinking Heaven’s miles away I don’t really know how many times I cried today I see the mountain top I’m 'tryna climb today Life’s turning into a maze but I’m gon’ find a way I feel my wings growing I’m 'tryna fly away Just until I find the truth I know they lied to me They lied to me They tried to tell me I was trippin’ but tell me how I never fall then When you going through it all alone best believe your heart gon’ harden I used to think it was soft to show feelings but now all I got is emotions No weed but my head in the clouds thinking of days when I’ll be floating No peace my heart is broken but at least it’s open Wishing and hoping but I’m getting so tired of it I’m Heaven’s soldier but I’m feeling like I’m miles from it I’ve been talking to God but I don’t see angels around me Past on my phone phone ringin’ I can’t pick up I’m long gone long gone I can’t slip up On this road I’m on look at the path I’m taking Everyone depends on me I’m strong and I can’t be breaking But sometimes it gets so hard but I’m a king all I know is how to make it look easy I went and got my dream now they believe me Success is all I want ‘cause it’ll free me Wishing and hoping but I’m getting so tired of it I’m Heaven’s soldier but I’m feeling like I’m miles from it I’ve been talking to God but I don’t see angels around me Feel like I’m trapped in the dark at every angle I see demons surrounding me today
