Matt's Prayer

In the name of the father, And the son And the holy spirit amen Lord grant that I find happiness That the darkness That consumes me Day after day The thoughts That consume me The unethical thoughts Pray that they may leave me And I may be happy once more (Wow nobody make it like wedoo) please Demons I've been fightin' For some time now I can defeat them if you can Only show me how I need you more than ever before You guys are the sword To help me fight them My mental demons I wake up Always feelin' stuck Because how could anybody Want somebody with a bunch Of things he hates about himself Going through this mental hell I've hid it for so long Well they sayin' "Well time will tell" The hell it will I'm here because I know I can defeat them On all of this pain but still Not in an instant tho I know I'm going insane Glue fixes everything Like my friends heal my pain Demons I've been fightin' For some time now I can defeat them if you can Only show me how I need you more than ever before You guys are the sword To help me fight them My mental demons You have so much to live for That you cannot see I know it seems it's so pointless When everybody's mean But I promise You'll do great things Just think about how much it means to be Alive, alive Alive, alive Alive, alive Be alive The demons you fight Can't harm you anymore Demons I've been fightin' For some time now I can defeat them if you can Only show me how I need you more than ever before You guys are the sword To help me fight them My mental demons In the name of the father, And the son And the holy spirit amen
