Yeah Listen Mic check I've been there I've seen it I got through the hardest part I've been there I've seen it I got through the hardest part I've been there And i've seen it And every bar comes from my heart I'm speaking from experience Real deal shit i feeled this And i witnessed a single mother who couldn't fucking deal with this I'm peeling back layers of a youth who wasn't keen with this I had to lie to people just so i could fucking feed my dish I swear i lost counts of the nights that i went hungry I knew though it wasn't coz me mam never loved me We just didn't have scran in the fridge And that's the reason i grew up to be a fucking skinny kid I vowed back then never go hungry again I kept my head up, ass down and flexed with the pen Now i'm a total different dude from way back when And now i always keep a lot of scran up in the ken I've got so much respect for you single fucking mothers dealing with the bullshit but keep it under covers Be proud of yourself and be the best you can be Coz a proud single mother raised a kid like me you see I've been there I've seen it I got through the hardest part Ive been there Ive seen it I got through the hardest part I've been there And every bar comes from my heart The Predominant problem with people is that people are pessimistic Too afraid to kiss the sky in case they smudge tha lipstick Take a closer look and you will see that you are gifted The reason that i'm spitting in the hopes that you will listen In case you haven't noticed its almost fucking Christmas Stop playing with ya lives and wasting them in sessions The knowledge from another man should never be neglected So when i try to reach out i'm just hoping that you'll check it 2 ears to listen and 1 mouth to speak So listen twice before you talk if knowledge is what you seek This is for those who walk the street with a stressful life on repeat Never weak always standing strong on tha feet I'm begging you to keep it pushing and keep it moving forward Remove the pain from ya brain and try to remember ya life before that Say no to disrespect and all that bullshit mental torture AND F*CK THESE LITTLE MUGS WHO TRY TO USE YOU AS A DOOR MAT!
