Do I Sound Insane?

I have lived a life Of sorrow Mhm And it's been so painful to feel like I'm crazy And I know and I keep being told That there's a right way to go In life I feel so ashamed of my Thoughts cause they sound insane Mmmmm I hate living in fear of this place that Is my head And I hate hurting the people that I Love just because I'm being mislead And I know and I keep being told But I don't know if there's a right Way to go It builds a hopeless version inside of Me and its hard oh it's hard to escape I don't know what is real or is what is Fake I don't know who I'll feel like today I don't know who in my mind will Love me today Do I sound insane? But I have to try to not lose myself in This pain Do I sound insane?
