Once upon a time There was a camel named Bill He lived a happy life He was calm, he was chill Bill and his camel friends Would wander round the desert But Bill had a secret And the guilt made his head hurt He couldn't tell his friends He couldn't tell his parents What kind of message would it send Once his facade became apparent Bill was a dromedary He only had one hump He just wanted to fit in But now it seems the jig is up He'd tried to hide it But now his conscience had worn him down It was time to tell the truth To all the camels in the town He had a good disguise Using only a bale of hay And some spare hair He'd led them all astray He thought he'd made his peace With a little white lying But now that seemed impossible But not for lack of trying He had to tell his friends He had to tell his parents What kind of message would it send Once his facade became apparent Bill was a dromedary He only had one hump He just wanted to fit in But now it seems the jig is up He'd tried to hide it But now his conscience had worn him down It was time to tell the truth To all the camels in the town When Bill came out to his parents They were surprisingly unshocked They sat Bill down and his mom said "Son we need to talk There's something you don't know Something me and your pop hid I'm sorry you had to find out this way But surprise son, you're adopted"
