Lord Lion

We were laughing, dancing, and having fun Until Lord Lion came and told everyone "Well you can't stay here, but you certainly don't have to go home" We said "please Lord Lion won't you throw us a bone Throw us a bone So we don't have to go home" There we stood right outside of his den None of us had a home or a bed So we asked Lord Lion "where should we go" He gave us directions to, to a magic stone A magic stone That none of us had seen before When we got to the stone it turned out to be a trap Set by Lord Lion all for the sake of a laugh You see the stone, when touched, turned all of us into cats It seemed Lord Lion had the upper hand Jokes on him we still had fun We were laughing, dancing, and having fun Without Lord Lion to bring down anyone Oh the stone gave off such a marvelous light We meowed and danced all through the night All through the night We were such a silly sight
