Picture This

Every day I am reminded of things I've done, Mistakes I've made Thoughts inside my head, they show me who I am inside isn't really me I've been told there is no solution I've been told to just let go When I see the cross I see something different I see hope Picture this a man who lived his life so perfectly Giving his all to set me free He knows me I picture Him He heals all my deepest pain With nothing for Him to gain Which lets me know That He really sees me Hears me Every day I am surrounded by guilt I feel And shame I face I've heard your name I know your story is it really true You came to rescue me I need You to help me remove my past And save my soul Does your name hold power?
