Severe Head Trauma

What did just happen And what came over me Saw nothing but felt a sharp pain A blow that made it all turn black Lying on cold soil Am i alive or dead They have left thinking i was gone I might have hope if i find someone For my one life it can't end here I've got try and stay alive I have to find help Before it's too late Couldn't see a reason for this didn't think someone would sink this low For my one life it can't end here I've got to stay alive this Night Breathe Walk Can't give up now Breathe Walk Can't give up now Breathe Walk Can't give up now Breathe Walk Can't give up now I'll take my chances I try to call for help Can't remember where i came from Every path seems just as likely I feel like fainting Can barely stand up straight Do my best to try and ignore The fear that i can't find out of here For my one life it can't end here I've got to try and stay alive
