The pain of coming out Just to love one another The fear, self-loathing and doubt We still can't hold hands in public Or steal a kiss as we walk down the street To some we're perverts, we're toxic Keep a low profile, yeah keep it discreet You say because we can marry Why do we go on about our equal rights?
