Where silver moonlight meets the ground And mortals dance their merry round The stories twist and turn about Like autumn leaves caught in the drought While moon and star cast silver beams On mortal hearts and immortal dreams And time itself begins to sway Swift the change from dark to light When stars pour down their ancient sight And mortals dance with grace divine While memories flow like golden wine The scholar with his ancient tome The warrior far from mountain home The cleric who his faith upholds All share the tales that must be told While starlight dances through the door And wisdom pools upon the floor Like silver coins from realms away For what is time to those who wait? And what is gold to those who see?
