I got a mission, to be different I got a passion, I hope you hear it I'm trusting God, and His spirit, He made a way Yeah He cleared it For take off, and now I cannot lay off Reading my word, and trusting whatever you say God Man my God so wavy, man my faith so crazy I cannot be lazy, cause faith without works is dead That's what He said and what I believe Put your faith in God, and not on what you see I promise He'll make a way, if you just believe He'll do it all for you, just like He did for me Cause he's a way maker, promise keeper Read your word to love him deeper El Shaddai and Elohim, whatever you need My God can be, yeah No matter what you face, no matter what they say Trust that God will make a way Trusting looks different, cause we'll quote Proverbs 3 and 5 all day long Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path That is true, but it looks different in different seasons Trusting looks different when all the bills are paid Versus when I don't know where my next meal is coming from Yeah, F-R-E-E, Jesus freed me And I'm washed by the blood, so no demons seeing me Serving C to the H, to the R-I-S-T I got Christ in my life, so my soul's been redeemed Look, I'm far from a lukewarm Christian, I'm just the coldest one The only ghost writing with me is the Holy One With my drive, I'm top 5, it's no debate They couldn't decide if I was J. Cole or Christian Drake The C on the hat just lets you know who The Savior is They didn't believe in me, but The Savior did I started a podcast just to give the people therapy Some just needed clarity, or to know that God is there for me Praise is what I do, love God, how about you He makes all things new, just trust that He'll come through Before you were formed He knew, just what you should do So put it in His hands, and watch His plans exceed your demands
