No Glory

Welcome back to my life story Wherein this you'll find darkness and no glory This was the time when we had started to shine The whole school had known that we were partners in crime One day a guy from a different syllabus Confronted a girl in our class and gave her a big ass chocolate to melt her down Yeah, they both eventually got together and fell in love with great sound Man, then later that night I get a call from my girl I told her about the shit that happened at interval Then I too asked for a chocolate cuz we never Gave anything as a token of love to each other The next day she called me to her class When everyone was eating she gave me a little task To give her a kiss, she gave me the chocolate I said you sure, she said no everybody's coming back Right after the break we had our classes combined She was in the middle row and me sitting behind She used to stare with happiness in her eyes But now it was a different one I had realized Something's wrong, and soon after the bell rang She said something that just hit me like "bang!" She said are you taking advantage of me I could see it was her friends who had put up the fire My emotions just fell upside down ,feeling like a clown I couldn't control my anger and my brain was fucked up and was totally insane Cuz she never said shit soo lame When faith arises evil is brought to shame After that whatever I did, was not me it was the fucking devil within We had a fight and soon everyone gotta know, the teachers got an opportunity to pull out the show They started blackmailing us so, i being a total idiot at that time let her go Put the blame on her, yeah, for the reputation I wasn't mature enough to analyze the situation The teachers let us go, giving us a final warning After coming out of the school I felt a break In my heart which was totally not fake But I realized what I did had made me crumble Till today writing this shit is making me fumble I still reminisce for what she had to go through I thought letting my love free would be cool So the next year I changed my fuckin' syllabus We were in different directions of life and a lotta fuss But she finally moved on erasing my name from her heart I understood the signal, gave my life a fresh start But to be frank we both weren't happy being apart But it was the time for me to learn things, to be smart Enough of this love shit, I exaggerated too hard Then what would you do if you were standing in my shoes You know what I did, I just had some apple juice Let my heart loose And started boozing With my homies who were cruzin' Down the streets after i finished my schooling I never turned back nor my brothers cared They thought i was a crack, yeah So I'm here now been almost 6 years Thinking bout the same girl who has brought me to tears Love is in the air Love is everywhere If you ain't got money No ones gon' care
