Quantum Awakening

If you have a golf ball size consciousness when you read a book you will have a golf ball size understanding When you look out you have a golf ball size awareness When you wake up in the morning you experience a golf ball size wakefulness If you could expand that consciousness then you gain more understanding from reading the book More awareness when you look out More wakefulness when you wake up It is consciousness There is an ocean of pure vibrant consciousness inside each one of us It lies right at the source and base of mind Also at the source of thought It is at the source of all matter as well A technique called Transcendental Meditation teaches us This is a simple easy effortless technique yet supremely profound It allows any human being to dive within experiencing subtle levels of mind and intellect To transcend and experience this ocean of pure consciousness This pure consciousness is known in modern physics as the unified field It is at the base of all mind and all matter Modern science states that all of matter everything that is a thing emerges from this field This field possesses qualities like bliss intelligence creativity universal love energy peace It is not about intellectually understanding this field but experiencing it By diving within and transcending you experience this field of pure consciousness and enlighten it It unfolds and grows The final outcome of this growth of consciousness is called enlightenment Enlightenment represents the full potential of all human beings Enlivening this consciousness causes negativity to recede When I started meditating I was filled with anxieties and fears I was dealing with depression and anger I expressed this anger towards my first wife After two weeks of meditation she noticed a change and inquired about it I pondered because it could have been any number of things But I responded inquiring what she meant She asked about the disappearance of my anger I had not realized it had lifted Negative emotions like anger depression and sorrows are beautiful in a story However they act like poison to a filmmaker To a painter they are detrimental to creativity They constrain like a vice grip Being deeply depressed you can barely get out of bed let alone be creative Cultivating beautiful consciousness is beneficial as it enhances creativity It deepens the ability to catch ideas Intuition expands This field is a field of pure knowingness You dive into it You just know the way to go You find solutions You can feel this growth But the ultimate for me is the enjoyment of the doing Enjoyment of life expands greatly I love making films now more than ever Ideas flow more freely Everyone has more fun on the set Creativity is enhanced People seem like friends not enemies It is a beautiful beautiful thing And it is us
