Welcome To this Meditation on Manifestation I would like you to sit or lay in a comfortable position And gently close your eyes Manifestation The tool in life that we can use to set forth our desires Turn them into reality Let your body float like a cushion Let your body flow As you roam in this reality As you listen to the flow and the stream of your thoughts I want you to take a step back Feel the air that fills the room Listen to the beat of your heart Feel the pulse in your vains Become aware of your body In this reality We do not manifest what we want We simply manifest who we are and what we think of Rays of Light Streams of consciousness Let the light Fill the room What you believe is who you become In this reality Who you are and what you think is what you manifest Feel the air Breath the air Treat the air like a guest Manifest your truth Manifest Love I want you to take a very deep breath and while you breathe in I want you to let go of any form of thought that holds you from being present Any thought Explore the space outside of the mind You have nowhere to be No place you need to go There is no time in this space You simply are Now breath in Infinite space Treat this new energy as your guest As it will show you the ways of manifestation Whatever you think of and believe Will come forth in this reality Manifest your reality Your reality As clear water Crystal clear water In the space of your mind Observe the thoughts as they come and go I want you to take another deep breath And as we take this deep breath We are going to fully absorb this crystal clear new energy And become part of it Now breath in breath out Manifest your reality Your reality It's in your hands Now breath in And as you breathe out I want you to welcome yourself The new version of you Who is capable of doing anything Allow this new energy to fill your body Treat this new energy as your guest As it will show you the ways of Manifestation Manifest your reality Treat this new energy as clear water
