Sittin in my room Feeling short on time Head so heavy Got something to do but all I do is stare at my phone Keep thinking get up have friends to hit up Was I born at the wrong place and time Keep thinking get up You shouldn't give up I don't understand My animal mind I can't shake this feeling that we're messing up and no ones talking Squealing toward the ceiling everybody wants to be on top Staring at the sun like nothing's wrong the worlds still turning, hurting Ourselves while we hurt each other up to us to make it stop I don't wanna beat the clock I don't want to lose Wrestling with these hazy thoughts Am I of any use?
