An Average Guy In A Not So Average Dome

I roam inside this world Feeling like I don't belong Cause I know There must be something diffrent The walls outside are cold I prey our lord will keep us warm He's the one who keeps us all together One day I'll meet our lord And I'll show him how I soared In his name I took a sword and made a vow Cause I know he's the one Who will fix my soulless ride He'l show me a road straight to paradise I'll claim my life for him Like he did for all of us We are his creations He is life The walls are closing in And I seem to disapear I need some air But there is none to find here Something in my life Seems so strange and very wrong Like I'm not The writer of my story I heard a scream across the street I ran and what my eyes could meet Was a weak old man who met deafeat He told me Listen son to what I say Cause soon I'm bout to go away Our lord is no what that he seems We're trapped here We live inside a matrix dome The lord is not the god he told There's more beyond How dare he speak such evil on our beloved lord No matter what I do I gotta prove him wrong I mean it just can't be that I waisted all my life On a false god that plays us with our own eyes I tried ignoring it but it just can't leave my mind This train of thought as left the station for a while Why does it makes some sense it seems I'm going mad My reality is shattered all around I roam inside this world Feeling like I don't belong Cause I know There is something diffrent The walls outside are cold But beyond that there is warmth Cause our lord Keeps us in this prison
