Rescue Me

I'm coming back towards the light I see the morning glowing The truth is finally showing I wandered into the night Starry eyed and hoping But left me cold and broken I've been falling down and feeling lost But I'm coming around I've been someone that I'm not So rescue me I am in between hope and misery And finding what I need So help me see I'm tired of running from these things that I have done And the person I've become I think I just need some time to pour my heart into something I'm tired of feeling nothing Because after all this time of never really knowing exactly where I'm going I've been falling down and feeling lost But I'm coming around I've been someone that I'm not So rescue me I am in between hope and misery And finding what I need So help me see I'm tired of running from these things that I have done And the person I've become
