I Am Forgiveness

Today and now, I release the weight of my mistakes And choose to walk in forgiveness and grace As I forgive myself, I open up to healing And let go of old wounds, no longer concealing I choose to keep my mind and heart free From negativity, fear, and self-judgment that only harm me I take responsibility for my actions and my past And seek professional help to heal at last Today and now, I forgive others as I forgive myself And release any grudges that only hurt my spiritual health I declare my freedom and my renewal As I let go of the past and embrace a future so beautiful I create a list of what I need to let go And focus on each one to let the healing flow I rid myself of negative beliefs that no longer serve And choose to live in love, compassion, and deserve Today and now, I declare my forgiveness and my freedom As I release my past and embrace my present and my wisdom I am worthy of love, peace, and joy And choose to walk in forgiveness, letting my spirit soar and enjoy
