My Life's Living Me

I've got to be in Colorado when the sun comes up Another long rainy night yeah that's just my luck At 10 AM I'm on the radio, there's sound check Then the show, and we crank it up that's the part I love I miss my mountain home more and more these days My dreams always seem to lead the other way I miss my mama's smile if I could see her just a while It would be so good Lord I wish I could But this life that I'm livings got a life of its own And sometimes it moves so fast I'm just hanging on I'm thankful for the blessings and the gifts God gave to me but sometimes I'm still not where i want to be And I wonder if i'm living my life or if my life's living me I love the way I feel when I sing my songs And it helps erase the miles when the road gets long I'm in two worlds so far apart and love them both with all my heart And I'll never choose ,Between the two This life that I'm livings got a life of its own And sometimes it moves so fast I'm just hanging on I'm thankful for the blessings and the gifts God gave to me but sometimes I'm still not where i want to be And I wonder if i'm living my life or if my life's living me And I wonder if i'm living my life or if my life's living me
