Darker time dyed by autumn And rain whipping the trees Withered leaves Gliding in the wind Above the water rim Stream of water - the river On the edge of dark woods As it meanders Along the immortal guards Wade to the shore On the forest side It means to reach The point of no return Icy cold water Is perhaps the errant root Or a step into the unknown Which doesn't leave the trace With the river Behind the back When anxiety hits And despair Stops the wandering Murmur of water In its endless motion Drowns out the cry From the depths Of ancient forest obscurity Lost existence Trapped at the place Of oblivion Has found the answer of fate And the answer is death
