Came off the long weekend spent it with a bunch of new friends wondering where these people had been all my life got me thinking 'bout the future and how i'm not a fortune teller but good things can come along at any time so Let's go win the lottery write a song, take it to the Grammys we're all slowly dying but i'm still living for the highlights Just one lucky break can turn into a better day fortune favours the fighters here, living for the highlights it's fair to say it's been a hard year the music ran out faster than the beer but we still raise up cup cause it's better than giving up a little bit of love it all it takes a little bit of sun on a rainy day a little bit of faith that the cards will fall your way i'm not wasting my time got my eye on the prize cause it's all in my mind yeah it's all about the climb cause we know we rise higher after the fall
