The People In My Life

There are people in my life Who have shown me love and kindness And taught me wrong from right Who have made me who I am And there are people who have nurtured me With a firm but gentle hand And I thank God for all the people in my life There are women in my life Like my sisters and my daughters And my mothers and my wife Who taught me how to love And there are Faith and Hope and Charity And grace who Gave me strength And I thank God for all the women in my life It's true the eternal view goes on and on and on and on But our strife for eternal life carries on There are heroes in my life Like our Savior And the ones who gave their lives So that we could all be free There are those who make the sacrifices Each and every time And, I thank God for all the heroes in ours lives I thank God for all the people in my life The people in my life The people in my life The people in my life The people in my life
