I was a man from a boy, no toys no Disney No guidance in my life learning from the misery Looking for a role someone to walk with me Life was a challenge it was all to new to me But if felt so old for me - I was free to roam with no dreams of my legacy Taught to neglect psychological leprosy Born with a debt no interest, no equity I didn't think I was born on the earth to believe I didn't think I was worth more than worthless Born with a curse so I curse this A sad way of life and living trying to be alive in the trap that was trapping Neglected not thriving, growing while surviving Think back to those days On the streets of the city we razed like hell Street wise with our pride other side of the line Still finding our ways we refuse to loose We bruise we heal we begged and steal In a blink of an eye cos we need to break the seal Break the iron ceiling happiness and healing humble and forgiving now I think I'm winning Now I think I've been forgiven Don't think I'm sinking No shallow understanding under thinking Don't hesitate no blinking Cos you find your headspace Always in the shadows of the lives of others Those who paint pictures of their fathers and mother's Showing me snaps of their holidays Hoping there would be better days Belly laughs and take aways Supportive hearts and gently raised But I always felt the blaze of the fire Closed my eyes and imagined my desire And opened them again and I know I can't pretend I need a better friend I need a better family I need a different plan I have to understand me I got no time to lose Had to learn in life is the future life that we chose Prepare to move obstacles See beyond the optical Writing new chronicles Thinking of escape Thinking chronological Feel my own instinct be my own oracle  Living in my headspace Am I in the wrong place Wrong Place Fighting with the atmosphere I feel it disconnecting me Living in my headspace Am I in the wrong place Fighting with the atmosphere I feel it disconnecting me Fighting in a world where no-one cares To listen in I need a guide light Fed up of this daily flight I'll let karma disarm you we don't live right When it was all strange I felt the danger the the stranger Felt a bit deranged only wish I could be braver Knew I had to change Be patient be stronger I was going under Roar of the thunder No one left to blame no strength to surrender Had to choose my life and I choose forever Im in full bloom why your gloom make your soul go Vibe is exploding in my Jet flow Move out the way because its time to move your toes Moving sub-par will leave you comatose Hypnotised, wrong time lost race Only born in this world to be replaced or misplaced I brace make haste don't wanna feel the ground in the space race Things were all strange and mixed up when I was a young man There was no joy, riding on the gun run There was fear in my veins so scared I was acting dumb Be too clever wasn't smart so you get done So I learnt to shut my mouth I was looking down from up when things were going south I knew a few things cos I know what its about I must be prepared to fall on my sword Be true to myself Be true to my word Why should I trust when they speak the absurd I need to sharpen up I won't be deterred Carve my headspace Cos I find my own outta space Equit the accused - gonna quit case Life that choose Gonna embrace Interstellar new galactic I be outta here I'm going atmospheric in the atmosphere Fighting with the atmosphere I feel it disconnecting me
