Anchor in the Storm

Waves of doubt are crashing, pulling me out to sea I'm drowning in opinions of who I'm supposed to be My soul is searching for a place to rest In this raging ocean, I need hope at best Yeshua, You're my anchor when I'm tossed by every tide El Shaddai, though winds may roar, in You I can abide I worship in the chaos—my heart will not give way You hold me fast, unchanging, through every stormy day I've chased quick fixes, tried to calm myself with lies But Ruach HaKodesh, reveal how each facade dies I cast aside illusions; to You, Lord, I return Forgive my restless wanderings—Your truth is all I yearn Yeshua, my strong tower, I cling to every promise El Shaddai, my heart restored, no storm can truly harm us The seas may rise, the thunder roll, but You are still my song In worship, faith ascends—Your strength makes me strong Abba, reach the ones who feel like hope is out of sight In the darkest waves of life, shine Your guiding light Bring them to Your harbor, safe within Your grace Calm their fears with mercy, show them Your embrace Yeshua, my forever rock, I stand on what You've said El Shaddai, no current can tear me from Your stead In every generation, be the fortress that we crave We worship You, our anchor—mighty God who saves YHWH Shalom, speak peace to every trembling heart
