| David Ralph "Dave" Downs (born June 21, 1952) is a retired professional baseball player. He appeared for several minor league teams between 1970 and 1976, arriving in Major League Baseball in 1972 for four games with the Philadelphia Phillies. He was officially listed as standing 6 feet 5 inches (196 cm) and weighing 220 pounds (100 kg). He is the brother of pitcher Kelly Downs. |
